BT Vision Users?

Hi all,

Anyone here use BT Vision? The home hub package?

I have recently had this installed, just over a week now, before I had a BT Business line into the house, 2mb down and 512k up - This was fast enough for me and I never once got disconnected.

Since having the so called 8mb line, its never gone over 4mb speed and I keep getting disconnected every hour, hour 15 minutes, it reconnects straight away but you can understand my fustration, not to mention not being able to connect to any Xbox live games....

I have running off the 'Hub' -

1 PC Wireless
1 Router (Feeding Xbox and another PC)
1 hub Phone
1 BT Vision box

Anyone else had any similar problems? Really getting at the end of my breasticles now.

yeah i got the 18.99 for 6 months then 23.99 18 month deal with phone hub n all that business

i had probs wen i first installed it. it worked then wen i came offline it wunt let me bk on but i phoned em up n they sed turn it off, wait 30secs then plug it bk in n it worked

Still can hardly get on any Xbox live servers, and still getting disconnected.

I dont have BT Vision but i have BT's so called 8mb broadband, i only get 4mb speeds too its ridiculous!
