Why are you interested in changing them? Nothing wrong with the stock equipment for any street driving, invest in some good brake pads and high quality fluid and you won't experience any fade.

Only real caliper upgrades you can go for is 4 pots.
Couple of traders can offer kits. Expect to pay around the 500/600 £ mark though.

Without changing to 4 pots then you could do pads, disks, lines, fluid and master cylinder stopper.

4 pot brake fit is a very good setup, for fast road-track use its worth it, pads, disks, lines, fluid and master cylinder stopper is going to cost over the £200 mark, If that was me i would put the extra £400 and get the 4 pot brake kit

I have a 4efe, do the the turbo models have bigger brakes for example?
Can i take bigger discs/calipers from say a celica/mr2 or anything?

The disc could be drilled to fit, mostly calipers?
