cam problems,help needed

does anyone know the timing of the cams on the 4efte. say for instance on the 1st cylinder (driverside) what way should the inlet lug be facing and the exhaust be faceing. use a clock to describe say 12 is up 6 is down 9 is left 3 is right

the is on the one with the pulley but i cant c one on the other which is run by the one with the pulley

They have marks on the back to align the two together, then timed form the ex cam
