the bolt goin trough the center of ir it and den it should jus pull off
the is a small hexagonal section in the midel of the cam( i think its a 22mm spanner which fits it)..get a 14mm socket to fit onto the bolt holding the pully in place and using both tools push the 14 away from you and hold the 22 spanner steady shud do the trick....and when replacing the pully rember to line up the 4e/5e which evr timing mark applies! hope this helps!
