cam shaft aligning

anybody know which marks to set the inlet cam at

i know the exhaust cam should be lining up with the dot on the cap with the 4e mark on the pulley

just abit confused at the moment

come on someone must know

theres 3 holes on the inlet cam gear
and 2 marks on the cam cap one with A on it and one with O on it
which hole do i mark up with which letter

The inlet cam is set in place on the head, with the service bolt hole facing upwards or pointing to 12 o clock. There is 2 different dots on the inside sprocket, one of them will be at right angles to the service bolt, or at the 9 o clock position. This is the dot you line up with the 2 dot mark on the inside of the exhaust cam sprocket.
