Can anyone help? Strange noise on boost video included

Hi guys, just fitted a hybrid turbo, manifold, and decat tonight with the air filter coming off the turbo. I took it a test drive and was only boosting to 0.5bar and a really strange squeeling noise coming off it. Can anyone give me an idea to what is wrong with the setup or have i missed something obvious to cause this noise. Also i have a coolant leak from the turbo so i dont know if thats the problem. Goin to fix the leak during the week hopefully just a loose fitting or seal.

Possibly an exhaust leak around the mani. Does it do it if u just rev the car up on the spot so theres no boost?

did you prime the turbo? sounds like a dry thrust bearing to me or as mentioned above it could be a boost leak
