can you run td04 on standard internals

thinking bout upgrading soon. but not sure when having my engine forged so would it be safe too fun a td04 on standard internals? any info if much appriciated

Standard is about 135 , so yeah, it's good.

Pretty fast GT you will have mate, bit of lag due to a big turbo but will be good when you hit boost.

mines run daily on a td04 at 1.2 bar with emanage blue

so 1bar would be fine

And as said I hope for around 220hp @ 1.2bar

you will be looking at 240bhp plus at 1.2
i got 214 at 1 bar.

i wouldnt push 1.2 on glanza rods,on gt ones i would.
but each to there own.

Best to be safe at 1bar then riskin it by pushin it over its limits.

i know u do lewis,but 95 gt's differ between skinny glanza rods and earlier gt ones,thats why i said it.
