cap clutch

got my cap clutch kit from speedvision..am having some serious issues with them.

1: my juders a lot in first and second gear.
2:it is a bit hard to put into gear
3: reverse gear crunches when trying to engage it.

tried blleding the brake adjusting the screw behind the cluct pedal.same thing

Please help cause al of this is driving me nuts.

mine judders wen taking off in 1st but its not hard to get into any gear, reverse is fine. a little extra rev and theres no judder at all, try bleeding again and see if it makes a difference.
