car hesitating to start after fitting walbro gss341

Hi..fitted a new walbro today also changed the fuel filter..now the problem is that the car hesitates to start..it starts only after 3 or 4 times after turning the ignition..it also hesitates under boost..seem to be a lack of fuel..wideband reading lean under boost..whats ur opinion guys

see if it starts 1st time with a booster pack,
If it does start 1st time then its time to replace your battery,
My battery was weak when i changed my fuel pump and it did not start at all but a new battery cured it.

My batt is a month old..so dont think its the batt..a friend told me that i should tie the pump tightly. with cable ties is that true?
