car made 275bhp at 1.5 bar!!

yeah thats what matty said i was hoping to push 1.6 bar..but hey ho!!i'm happy with 275 can't wait to use it in anger lol:)

U might find power at 1.6 bar was the same and all ur doing is putting much more stress on the turbo mate , that's if it's a td04 ur using

look forward to hearing yer results...it's a wepr mild steel s/r set up i have ,been on 2-3 years now no issues..(mine isn't heat wrapped either...)

No not ewg...happy enough with it though,if anything maybe a bit much for a road car as I can't get the power down....lol

U dont happen to know the power at 1.3 bar? I would think around the same as now tho toque low down will be better with more boost , after 1.2 bar peak power dose not go up much with boost , I've made 262 at 1 bar and 267 on a stock engine on 1.15 , the car at 1 bar had cams tho, on the road more boost is much better low down tho

Any thing much more then 270 ish like u have is a waste on the road mate , good going td04 4e is a great up , Toyota should have done it years ago lol makes for a very very fast road car

aye i took it for a wee blast earlier..couldn't get the power down as road was to greasy,but like ye say chris any more than 270 and i think yer just wasting yer time unless it's drag spec as ye can't get the power down..

That's it mate , drive her and enjoy it not much on the road will even come close to a 270hp starlet man I'm shown a lot of evos a thing or 2 lol

lol..aye yer right there chris,even at 250 hp it was quick enough,makes for a intresting drive lol,i'm looking forward to the dry summer days ;)..should be fun..haha..do you not miss the boost like chris?

will this be the 1 i have now chris? lol i still have these cams chris speaks of jason :p will need some machining tho they have some scoring from oil starvaton, think they are speed vision cams chris will know more about them if you are intreasted
