car out puttin oil????

i'm getting a massive amount of oil out the bov and in the intercooler, why is this happening turbo needs a rebuilding ????

id be puting a new turbo on, is there blue smoke from exhaust after driving on idle?

I'd recommend either getting your turbo rebuilt or replacing it with a good second hand unit, when that gets worse which can happen very quickly, it smoke out engine behind you, also it may empty your sump and knacker the whole engine!

Use the opportunity to uprate the turbo Got to come off ayway is it true that it is normal to have a little bit of oil from the BOV and Intercooler pipes?

A thin film of oil is fine, anything more and you could be looking at the turbo seals on their way out.
