car won't rev!!!!

can anyone tell what the problem with my starlet is....put a new engine in its startin perfect put when you put pressure on the accelorator just completely drains power ??any ideas??thanks for reading

Hi,Do you have boost from the Turbo?

timing i bet did you change the belt or have you checked it ??

or it could be the map sensor is it plugged in with a feed ??

Check the spark plugs, the leads, the rotor arm!
