car wont start... starter motor?

earlier on today i left my lights on causing me to get a jump start i then drove home and parked the car up for a few hours. I then went out to start it and the starter motor was clicking so i thought i had a flat batttery again, after tryin to jump start it i got no where. All battery terminal and earths seem to be ok though? also when i try to start it the 2nd time no clicking and all th boost lights on the dash came on as i tryed to turn the key never noticed this before it could well do it every time haha. any help is much appreciated as i need the car for getting to work cheers

most likely you need a new battery, unless you replaced it recently. once they have gone completly flat , they sometimes dont hold charge again.
