Cat sensors ??

I know theres the lambda sensor but whats the other one ? is it necessary ? and if so where and how much ?

As far as i know there`s a air-temp. sensor (next to fuel rail above alternator) and a coolant temp. sensor. (below thermostat housing). I think there is only one sensor on the exhaust.

Top sensor is lamba
bottom is a cat temp sensor which is not needed if your using a decat and wont affect the running of the car.
