An empty cat is where you gut the cat by sticking a screw driver in it and gutting it they both do the same job but you would be better off saving your cat for the nct and get a decat

thanks mate. i want to keep the catalyc but can afford now to buy a decat.i just pass nct yesterday haha that why i think i will broke it.thanks

the jam ecu will fuel fine to 1 bar on a ct9

make sure you have an upgraded mani first or at least remove the restriction in the original one, or else things will go bang.
 
Welcome to the site dude. A de-cat
is a better job than a gutted cat
the gases flow better imo I had a
gutted cat before it does make a
nice difference all the same. As for
1.2 bar you should have an after
market mani or you'll fry piston
three you should get the fueling
set up too. Happy posting my man.:)

Welcome on TGTT! Modify step after the other buddy, dont mess up the boost without ALL the supporting mods will be installed!
