changing cat?

hi lads well im putting back on my cat for n.c.t and theres 2 bolts on the very top i cant get off! now is there a way of doing it or does the rad and turbo have to come off to change it??

up on axle stands mate and get underneath itloads of penatrating oil and a little heating wont go amiss either
