changing turbo: td04 or t28??

Hi I am going to change my standard turbo on my glanza.I would like to change the turbo and im confused which one is the best for my glanza. Someone told me i should buy the TD04 and other told me to buy the T28... Apart from the turbo I am going to change the pistons and rods as well.. Any suggestions pls?

If price is no bother then go t28 mate it will spool just as fast or even quicker and can make more power, only plus of a td04 is they are readily available for cheap.
