clicking and grinding from fron left wheel.

Ok so on the way home tonight i put my window down in a tunnel and can hear the disk rubbing on the pads and clicking. Is this way road noise inside the car is loud. Only did it afer the garage it a service and cleaned the brake pads. Help.

Sounds like you have a piece of gunk stuck between the pad and the disc. Try blow some compressed air around the pads. Also reversing and braking may dislodge it. Failing this you`ll have to take the pads out. Worn pads would also give same symptoms but the garage would have told you if they were worn.
