Clutch problem??

My car wont go into gear when its started, it will go into gear when the engine is off. Any ideas lads? dont want to fork out money for a clutch if i dont need it,

A Starlet clutch is hydraulic.Check for fluid leaks.Check that it has enough fluid and bleed the system.

check when u push in the clutch the arm is moving at the gear box mate

The day it happened me and a mate bled the clutch, the fork is moving when the clutch is pressed, we also tightened the cable at the peddle but that dindnt work either. So its deffo the clutch?, Could it be the gearbox?

I hame same problem.
Used new release bearing. Clutch cylinder bleeding done. Cylinder arm is moving at the gearbox.
Please help
