Confused never had this before

Right so im hoping someone can help with this..... as im coming into boost she just starts to pop and bang a lot and wonr boost up :S anyone got any ideas???

im having a problem with boost also at the moment, you might have a leak thats my problem anyway.

have you checked for any boost leaks? possible mis fire? can you explain abit more what happens

check your spark lead from the dizzy cap back to the bulk head could have built up corrosion??
exact same thing happend me before and i cleaned off the corrosion and it stopped banging and popping and took full boost

i have checked for boost leaks and there are none, basically as it comes on to boost its like its hit rev limiter and it just pops and bangs and wont rev any more, there is no miss on idle whats so ever but it does sometime struggle starting.

Im just loosing the will to live with the fucking thing!! everytime i fix it something else breaks and I am seriously considering selling it

it seemed to have come on all of a sudden it was driving fine then came off the motorway and then, this i just dont get it!!

its ignition related. plugs, leads dizi cap, rotor arm.

seen this same kind of post come up almost every other day!!!!!

well she has brand new plugs in her they are ngk iridiums, so may have to check the others could it be anything fuel related

Check your spark chambers for ice and water, with the weather as it is I would bet you have damp down one of those causing it to do this. Had the same problem on mine. Take out the plugs and see if any have ice or water down there and you may have found the problem.

Distributor cap. Take it off and look at the tips I bet there is powder on them. Clean them up and try it
