converting glanza auto to manual.........can it be done??

hi guys im going to look at a automatic glanza on wednesday....i was gonna buy it as a project to do up and convert to a manual just looking for some info on price to change and parts needed and is it worth it???

I know one person who's done it on his own in 2 weeks after work/weekend. He had 2 cars - 1 with blown engine - but manual, the other one good condition but an Auto. If you're mechanically minded and has 2 cars next to each other, than I think it won't be difficult, just time consuming.
