I posted a thread a few months ago in the wanted section looking for an electric window motor. Cooch replyed offering the part, he gave me a price including postage and i sent him a cheque for the amount the next day. This was on the 9th of July
6 days later i recieved this message "Hey dude Cheque turned up today so i will put it in the Bank asap but that wont be till the weekend. I was gona let it clear before i sent the part out but seeing as i cant get down the bank for a while i shall trust you and send it out asap. dont mean to sound dis-trusting dude". I thought everything would be fine.
On the 11 of august i sent him this message: Have you sent that motor off mate?
He replied 9 days later with this "No sorry dude. Im not at home this week. My u2u's have been playing up so im guessing you didnt get my last one. My dad was posting it for me but forgot about it so im gona sort it seeing as he's useless. Lol. My aplogies dude. I havent yet cashed your cheque either dude so if you still want it i will post this weekend. That ok?" I told him to send it on.
After a month of not replying to my pm's i decided to contact gv1.3. This was the message i recieved back
"Hi Tom,
Ive been in touch with this member and he assures me he has not cashed your cheque and will have your item posted out by the end of this week without fail.
I know its not ideal but lets give him the benefit of the doubt and see if he keeps his word.

I thought i was guaranteed to get the part after this.
This was the last message i got from Cooch
"Ok dude will do. Sorry been away since last Thursday in Germany with my Race Team. No need to apologise dude it was mine and my dads fault. ill get it sent out as soon as possible".
I have since bought another motor from Turbojim which i collected so i don't care if i get the part from Cooch or not. It's just the fact that i sent him money in good faith and recieved nothing in return
