ive a lad to see about building a top mounted manifold and some other things see if he can sort them out for me ,,intakes and stuff:)

u cant use the boost sensor off the ebc for the ecu pal u can buy a ebc kit for a power fc tho ive never used one . u would need a apexi map sensor (3bar) for the pfc rhd japan sell them be woth getn the rite one .

Think im going up in april with the honda boys hope my ct9 can hold them off lol

yeah if i can get the few bits done ive planned for the car and get a new clutch all sorted and fitted, and get the car re-mapped, ill head up for a few runs aswell see what all these vtakkkks are shoutin about.

i dont know what is with hodas but thei look like its alot easier to launch, maybe suspension,magoo ran dc2teg+100 bhp of nos

Long first gear and a longer wheelbase, plus I think the have larger diameter rims, all helps with grip.

They defo can handle wet launches alot better.

yes they have a very good gear setup from the factory seems any honda you can rev it to bits and no real wheel spin ,,id still take the good old toyota starlet anyday:cool:mybe we will have to launch in 3rd gear

I've been playing about practicing 2nd gear launches, not done it on the slicks but looks like it may be worth doing.

To be completly honest, I'd love to turbo a type R, make it a lag monster and get some huge power out of it.

if built properly hondas make some good power and handling is amazing in them, personaly i think i'll go back to them one day

Aye they handle real well, they just lack the power I'd be after, but certainly a turboed one with a GT35 or something on it and maybe some gas would make a nice drag car. But will prob go RWD next for a drag car.
