hey mate, i don t think they did one in carbon fibre, i also like there fibre one.
i wanted to change it with my varis carbon fibre bonnet but stayed with it...

No they didnt but it has been mentioned in the carbon thread in Starlet Parts Shop so hopefully Dane can sort us out one day!!

I really want one

Well Mr chu is back too, ill mention it to him onces he gets organised. i dont think Sam will be willing to do this for a long while as hes got other things on his agenda. I feel the cruise bonnet is under-rated. if it was in carbon, id have it over the varis one any day.

it would look amazing but they cost so much as it is, i hate to think how much a carbon fibre one might cost

well, if one of the kind trader do one i very much doubt they would put the price higher that the original one. specially as there is a good interest in these, id say around the £650 marked plus shipping would be about right.

No matter what i will have to buy one in january anyways, so if there isnt one made il get a custom one done as i will be doing a short course on production mold and bodywork. its teaches you everything you need to know and how to produce carbonfibre/FRP items.

if one day i'll have the money to buy one, i'll get it copied right away :). after that, its whatever you want. carbon, kevlar, texalium...
