Ct9 shaft play

What amount of shaft play would be typical in a CT9 once off the engine and no oil pressure? Appears to have a fair amount of radial play but no axial play. Do the tolerances apply when dry or under oil pressure?

Yes tolerances very, just make sure the wheels do not touch the housing.
Even with some new turbos the wheel comes real close to the housing.
