dastec unichip and fcd

hi guys got a car at the weekend with a knackered engine ive put a new engine in and noticed its got an fcd on it is this needed with the dastec unichip

All the fcd will do is remove the fuel cut dependin what psi ur planin on runin.
You dont need an fcd if u use dastek.
