As i dont need cat for mot etc was thinking about just knocking it through. Will this make it run better or worse. I only ask as i know they need certain amount of back pressure. Yes i no im a cheapskate lol. Any one else done this?

Wouldnt the cheap option also be more durable? Werent there issues with after market decats cracking because they dont have the brackets on them?
