diesel ct9?

what are the difference's with the diesel ct9? housing fins etc,

just seen one on ebay and looked similar apart from the outlet piipe

has a passage in and out for the coolant whereas the starlet has a blanking plate on one of the holes. the compressor housing is different but is interchangeable with the starlet one. the whole unit need rotating correctly as its not aligned correctly to fit on the starlet as it is.

so if i found a mint one cheap, i could use it, or at least the exhaust housing?

yes. the exhaust housing of the diesel one is the same as one on a ct9a. i have one and it was perfect. not as much heat generated around the wastegate as most people dont run 1 bar on a lucida diesel people carrier

as far as i know. all the diesel ct9s are ct9a. only the b was used on the starlet.
