Nothing was done wrong by danb87, until he vented his frustrations, which wouldn't have happened had he not been messed about. (Not than I condone abuse)

Dave/Darren done wrong, and we've heard about it. As we all should with everything that goes wrong with any trader, imo.

Just like folk say "Wow, got my brakes" (big deal, you paid for them), and all the other soppy posts, the opposite should be allowed... He's not been offered money off the springs to compensate for the lost day and journey (and fuel), so why not post this up, and perhaps get some sort of amicable agreement, then this would change from a bad feedback thread to a good one. (Hasn't anyone heard of this kind of thing happening with other companies?)

The fact is, as all of you jump in and slag the guy for his grammar, or poke fun at his irritation due to a bad transaction, he gets nothing except the experience of being treated like a twat.

thanks guys for sum positive replys . and the reason i posted it was because i felt that peopke shud know that i was let down from using a trader from this site. was not trying to give tm developments a bad name. just wanted to see if i was in the wrong or right thats all.

I personally would be very pissed off in the same situation, especially given you had the day off work.

At the end of the day he knew you were taking the day off and driving a bit to meet him there when he hadnt got the springs off in the first place.

He should have let you know before hand in my opinion.

i'd be fucking pissed of if i'd have taken the day off to get some springs, and found out the guy hadnt even bothered, would have been better if there was some warnings.

and anyone on here saying they wouldnt have said anything abusive, fuck off, take the day off, arrange to do something, and then get let down by the other side when your already there, i'm sure every body would be pissed off.

saying that though, i'm sure dave will sort it out, really does have an excellent AFTER SALES system

The thing is that some are friend to TM dev. so they would try to soften things up , how can you say that there was wrong from both sides sorry ? so where did danb87 do wrong exactly? by trying to get the springs from them? probably ! If that happened to me probably there would have been more abbusive txt and even speech when i would have met him fucking up 1 day leave and getting nothing in the end ! You can say its not civilized but i want to see who would like it to be promised to get something on the day and when you get there you just get a stupid answer that the springs are still on the car WTF ?? then why is it exactly that ur meeting there??? He should have had the decency to call him the night before and tell him dont bother to come cos i wasnt bothered to take the springs out i was too busy , would have solved all this sitiuation .:slap:

TM Developments trading forum has been suspended for 1 week whilst they re-evaluate their position on this forum.
