drums to disk

Hi im looking for all the parts that i need to change the drums on my N/A starlet to disks, as im going to follow this guide

I would just keep the drums, less weight and no hassle with the calipers - which are shite on the Starlets. There isn't much use of those discs anyway, less than 20% of braking I think.
