dump valve hissing

hi guys can anyone tell me why iv got a hissing noise when sitting at a constant speed on the motorway? i think its coming from my dump valve or near there should i have blanked off some open ended pipes or something when fitting my dump valve? any help appreciated, cheers guys.

is it a baileys? if so, then it's normal as the baileys has a weak spring. to cure it change to a stronger BOV like the ssqv or blitz SS

yea it is a baileys one thanks for that mate, i knew buying a cheep one would bite me in the arse! its a 300 mile motorway journey for me about 3/4 times a month to get home and i gotta get this sorted out its doing my head in! what new one would you reccomend then i dont want to be spending loads of pennies to be honest! cheers

keep an eye out for a second hand HKS SSQV, Blitz SS, Sard R2D2, theres plenty of decent ones out there
