dump valve problem

i have a blitz super sound dump valve and it will not sound on my new setup of k24 kit, i have tried making the spring softer and i have stripped it down and all parts are fine. It did sound a couple of times for some reason and has not done any thing after that, it just chatters

any ideas?

i have fitted it quite far down near oil filter so it has a long vaccum pipe but its fitted like the ct9 right after the outlet of the turbo. i am very confused and this is the only thing i can think of, that its in a strange place

boost leak? is it pulling right?
might be a crack in the pipe.

i think dont there is any boost leaks mate , it boost ok to 0.8-0.9bar

al right mate is the spring in the dumpvalve not too hard

the ct9 was able to make it dump so i would say no

how much bost u running i know they dont work after 1.2bar
