Well here are the results of my TD04L powered Built 5E.
Not too bad at all. I managed 245whp at 20lbs. The car hauls!!!!! In the graph that is not torque but boost beside the power curve.

The smoke coming from the breather is one of three things. I accidentally overfilled the crankcase the nite before, or I'm pressuring the crankcase, or it's blowby because I have the rings gapped at .20thou.

Wouldn't worry about the smoke, mine used to do that on the TD04 before I forged, I dread to think what its going to be like now on the 5E with my TD05.

you probably find that the smoke is just the crankase breathing mate, providing the compression is all good then i wouldnt worry about it.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.

Yes I know the curve is a little bumpy. What we believe is going on is that the TD04L starts to run out of steam and my cams just want to keep going. He had a little bit of a time mapping it. I NEED to instal my T-28 and get a nice curve! lol

We actually checked compression while tunning. All was good. So hopefully it's just nothing.
