I have a problem!

No i have speedvision 460cc injectors

Set at EMU

Stock 295cc 0,90ms lagtime

Now 460cc 0,74ms lagtime

But it runs very lean!

I had to lower the size from 460cc to 350cc than it runs a AFR between 13,9 and 14,8 but when idling the AFR should stay arround 14,7!

And the engine is idling a bit strange!

Can anybody help?

Because i don't can map anything when this isn't working!

I hope any of the E-Manage tuners can help!

have you any proof as to the size of these injectors? or at what pressure they flow that volume?>?

if they were sourced from another toyota(mr2turbo or supra) you should be ok, but some manufacturers ran different base fuel pressures which completely changes the scenario.

speak to sam and find out the original car these came from. then do some research your self. :)

14.7-15.4 on idle ,
i have the same speedvision 460 working fine ,
i thought u were going to post its too rich rather than lean ,
zero the lag times , and just use the fuel map ,
if it doesnt cure it , start pulling back timing on idle , that worked for me .

The injectors are 460cc Mazda RX7!

The stock should be 295cc or is it possible that they are smaller or bigger?

No i have tried without lagtimes and on trim and add injecton in the injection map and it work a little better now!

I will trie to pull the timing back!

whats the code on the injectors? there are no 460cc mazda rx7 injectors which are direct fit.. u need to find square clip ones.. so either u have low impedence injectors or u have a wrong set bud...

ps one more thing are u sure they are all working propperly & that u have fuel pressure at 3bar? as most injectors are calibrated at 3bar of fuel pressure.

I asked sam (speedvision) and he said that they are direct fit and 460cc injector Mazda Rx7!

I don't have checked my fuelpres. since i have installed my ST205 fuelpump!

And now i found another strange thing!

Engine is not running on Ignition is ON

Greddy Pres. Sens. shows 0kPa
Pres. Sens. shows 89kPa

It is set on TY_PR 1
I tried PR 2 60kPa
and PR 3 112kPa

really strange i think!

But no fault code!

Now i have solved some probs.!

The engine runs very smooth on idle!

But when i but throttle down the afr goes up to around 16.5 and than drops down!
Is this normal?

At what rpm range and on what boost range should i start to map?

Can i start to map on idle to the red line?
