Just follow the wiring diagram for a starlet. They're universal, unless you have a direct Honda Civic harness, which i doubt.

looks like its only got the universal part of the harness - theres no ignition/inector harness with that which you will need.
You may possibly need the 3 bar map sensor too depending what your plans are

edit - looks like the ignitin/injector harness are in the bags at the top which i didnt see, but i doubt the map sensor will be there but you may not need that
