EMB main unit update failed

Hi every 1
I cant update may EMB main unit , device is online but cant update…I changed 3 laptop, but same problem
When I trying to update 1.49 var its just hang “corresponding please wait” and I wait 2hr..Nothing is happened

Then I install var 1.11 and complete 1% and same again.....
I m using a serial to USB cabal..and I bought it from eby..
I have also USB to USB cabal but, I can’t connect it..

What can I do now…plz give me some suggestion…

Jumper Switches:
JP1: 1-2
JP2: 1-2
JP3: 1-2
JP4: OPEN
JP5: OPEN
JP6: OPEN
JP7: 1-2

Rotary Switch Settings:
Rotary Switch 1: 2
Rotary Switch 2: 4
Rotary Switch 3: 0

you need the correct cable mate, my main update took 2 minutes.

standard usb-usb and usb-serial cables are wired up differently.
