They are not that difficult but you will need plenty of tools, axle stands and probably somebody to give you a hand.
The rear gearbox mount isnt too difficult I done mine yesterday but you need to remove the anti roll bar to get at one of the bolts holding the mounting on and my exhaust was in the way of the other 2, you then need to press/hammer and chissle the old mount out and put the new one in, the bolts can be pretty tight if they havent been out before.
