does anyone know how many digits an engine number has on a glanza as i can only seem to find 5 is there only 5 in an engine number or is there more also is it all numbers or is there letters really need to know this any help be great thanks in advance

i found 7 digits now and then e4 at the end does this sound right to any1 thanks for ur reply mate

mine is 4e ****** sound you have the 4 missing , the 4e means 1.3 litre , the 5e means 1.5 litre

engine block ID

the engine number is in this format: 4E-1234567 - there are 7 digits after the '4E'..
