and another tiny update, didn;t get round to do a lot yet as the weather was nice and there was a lot of work around the house to get it all ready for summer :)

And the lines on the rocker cover as well,will go well with the toyota writing.

Judging by what i see,guess you are going for a ct9/hybrid set up?

bought a ct9b turbo, will be looking for a hybrid in the future but due to a shortage of funds i'll stick with a stock turbo for now :)
will be taking the car on auto-x events. will be driving 1st and second gear and lots of tight turns. so the responsivness of the ct9 will be best.
looking for the 200hp marker once the hybrid is in

Dude that is some awsome work there, i have been slowly been trying to clean my bay up with removing bits an moving bits and brackets...

Have seen someone rewire there loom an take out unessersery wires, you would not beleave how much come out...

Think if my engine went pop i would consider doing somink like this to it, i have the patience to do it to...

how did you mask the toyota letters? seems like a tricky job to do right :)

been bizzy with the car today, lots of little things


couple of more engine pics, fitted various extra parts. still all testfitting till i get all the gaskets etc to build the engine.

the sound insulation was falling apart underneath my seat, so i decided to remove all of it (25% done now)

my replacement turbo had arrived (thx gav_kara!) the wastegate isn't even cracked :)

still working on the engine and car :)

doing a bit of headwork, the in and outlets have a few sharp edges and odd curves, been smoothing it out
still needs a pollish but the ruff work is done

also cleaning the pistons with a ultrasoon cleaner, takes a few hours per piston but it comes out squeeky clean.

also got a delivery from TMD today, all the rebuild parts :)

still waiting to get the crank balanced and once that is done i can start building the engine
