EP82 performance help please

hey all im new to this site so forgive me if ive posted this under the wrong area.

I own a 1991 toyota starlet gt with the 4efte engine, i havent owned this car for very long and havent really done to much research on it either
i was wanting to know how much boost the car could safely handle straight out of the box???

And also if anyone has some helpful tips on upgrading its performance on a low budget would be much appreciated

You can run approximately 0.8 bar of boost without hitting fuelcut. with the correct mods manifold, uprated intercooler, fcd and rrfpr the car will handle 1 bar on the standard turbo
