also 52 (knock sensor) still flashes even tho we have checked the wiring

The apexi safc joins to both those signals, check your wiring. Disconnect the knock sensor one as that is just a piggyback wire and see if it goes away, those knock sensor wires are sensitive any additional noise on the line may cause that error. Have you soldered or used crimped connectors?

Yes I Cripped it both times, does the sensor send a signal down to the ECU? if this is the case is there a voltage running though it?
