£800 for everything you need, a bargain IMO. It may be an auto, but then you won't be using the transmission anyway.

You will do well to beat that offer above, remember you can break any other parts from that car left over and you will get £100 for a bare shell from the scrap man.

Would love to take it off his hands but the main problem is I'm a 9 hour drive away and with the car hardly in a drivable state this just makes shit more difficult

Even if it costs you £200 to get it lifted and dropped to you, its still a good deal. You will have everything in the one place and more than you will need to do the conversion. I have done 2 x 4wd conversions and a couple of n/a to turbos, having a complete car would have saved me loads of time, hassle and fuel costs running about getting bits I didnt realise I needed until I got into it.

thats how i did it. just had a donor car. used everything i needed and then sold the shell on afterwards! there are loads of various clips, brackets etc that are handy. plus its always handy to see where the parts come from before you try fitting it in a new car!

I don't really have a budget so sky's the limit !!
