Excessive chatter

I've recently fitted a pulsar intercooler as a fmic. The pipe work is very long and I'm now getting a fair amount of chatter back through the air filter. Sounds good but don't want it to effect turbo as it's just been rebuilt. Someone suggested moving the dump valve next to the inlet manifold. Any suggestions would be helpful. Cheers

if you have a adjustable dump valve loosen the screw/spring should help the pressure release through the valve rather than back into the turbo blades.

chatter aka compressor surge will not damage the turbo. dump valves are not neccessary unless your running big boost, then the stress on the turbo is greater.
