fan running constant help

Hi people. My gt turbo fan running constant when turn on ignition. Air con was took out. I know if I bridged the 2 wires in the plug behind the passenger headlight it will stop running but will it come on when I put in timer mode. . Thanks guys

Should still be ok with the timer running mate bridge the two wires and when it reaches temp the cooling fan will come on as normal and with the timer running it shouldn't effect it

just bridge that connector and it will all work as it should

i tried that and when i turned the car off it went on timer mode the fan didnt come on. How come is that. Isnt the fan meant to come on timer mode to cool turbo?

nope, its to cool the coolant in the radiator down if its too hot. it works off the fan switch on the thermostat housing. as its so cold atm i wouldnt have thought it would come on much if at all this time of year.

you could wire it in to do what you want, but it doesnt do it normally and there is no need.
