In an ideal world you need to get the window wet with a mixture of water and fairy liquid. put the sticker on, and move it to where you want it. Then get somthing like a credit card and start getting rid of the bubbles..then sit back and wait for it to dry!

or be really lazy and get a guy that makes vinyl signs to do it for you!
