There are specialist websites that sell up to date models all the ones i own are long since discontinued, other than that model fairs and forums, you can get ep71's but thats about it no 82/91's

There are forums but i dont use any, autoart, UT and Kyosho also some Minichaps are the best but also very expensive

Burns impreza already is mate thats why im selling it, killing to do it but id rather have the money to spend on my real impreza

just dug it out and it turns out itsa mitsi carisma GT from rally kenya 98 richard burns and rob reid.made by vitesse. no sure what scale but its a small one.
