I have a Bailey DV, where could this be located with this kit?

That and my other concern is water/spray from wet roads..

Filter Relocation Kit won't really affect the dump valve as it will be on the intercooler hot pipe.

Also, the filters are fairly splash proof. Floods are the only thing to watch out for - bit of common sense and you'll have no issues.

Cool - Have ready about boost creep - I'm running a cat back exhaust, but I'm guessing I'd need better flow because don't want to hit fuel cut all the time.

Do you think it'd be ok? If not maybe I should get a de-cat first to keep better flow.

Removing the cat means you are more likely to boost creep and then hit boost cut. Get a decent electronic boost controller and you shouldn't really have any problems with boost creep.
