theres this pipe thow what was in the EFI pipe were does it go? block it off?

dont want to be in low boost all the time, i have a adjustable actuator thow

If you have an adjustable actuator, rip the pipe out as it wont be connected to anything at the other end.. UNLESS you used a T piece and included the hi/low solonoid.. if you did just leave it venting to air as already said.
