personally i think 17's dont look too bad on Glanza's cause they have pretty big arches, cause mine dont rub wat so ever which i wwas supprised about

its all about looks over performance with bigger wheels.

With some offset combinations and sidewall sizes, 17's do actually look alright.

The pictured Glanza IMO looks brilliant :)

However, with the wrong design of wheel, and incorrect offset, a decent looking machine can turn into something of collasal shittyness :)

I was considering some Compo MO's in 17" for my GT, not only to fill the arches a little more, but to get the power down a bit better in the continuous damp which seems to be current in the UK.

As with some of the statements you've made, you're partially correct. The stability of the car will change, but won't nessasarily improve. Wider tyres will tend to cause sideways movement at higher speeds with the width of the tyre being hit by more air.

Bigger cars, which come standard with wider tyres, tend to have small flares infront of the front wheels, to direct the air around the leading edge of the rubber, to combat this issue.

:)

But i aint a chav or gay cause ive got 17's reason being is cause they was cheap, but i personally think they look nice on my Glanza

Chris- Your car looks sexy as fook dude!!!!!!!:)

Cheers mate :)

Keep the 17's on there, they looks so much better then the 15's cause the 15's looks like they tires are too high of a profile, plus the 17's got a red insert on the alloys which match with the colour of the car

17" on a Glanza is no problem, but the car drives better and faster on 16"

Here is a pic of mine, when it rolled on 17"

And here is a picture on 16"

16"s look better, are more comfortable and i can go faster around corners!

Yeah i do agree i am gonna go bk to 16's at some point i wanna bring my accelleration up, but 17's look nice but you have to get the right design i thing for it to suit a Glanza.
