Fitting a blitz de cat pipe to my GT just need some advice

Hi guys fitting my blitz de cat pipe 2mz im just wondering about the lambda sensors now on the cat it has 2 doseont it but on my blitz it has 1 but looks like you can fit 2 becuse there is a bolt in its place thats what it looks like so i was just seeing if u think the engine managment light will come if i only leave the one in or dont have any maybe ?

Also the engine fan do you if i shave the sides down a bit becuse its a bit of a tight fit do you think i will damage the life of the fan becuse it rubs on my intercooler pipe so i was ghonna cut then shave the rest of it down so its not as big and annoying
